Ashtanga Yoga: A traditional style of Yoga that follows a sequence of postures, emphasizing breath awareness and core strength to develop the whole body. The sequence is divided into three parts: the standing, ground, and closing sequence. Expect to sweat.

Yoga: Explore and refine the integration of breath and the various postures of Yoga, at a pace suitable to all levels of experience.

Yoga Pilates: A class unique to Olive Tree Yoga and Pilates Studio, this class blends the energy of Asthanga Yoga with core strength training. With each class, one develops the breath, internal strength, and will power.

Parent-Child Yoga: Explore the world of yoga with your child! In this pre-registered class, both parent and child experience the fun and relaxation of yoga together, while also deepening body awareness and listening skills.
