new to yoga?

Welcome to Olive Tree Yoga and Pilates Studio!

Yoga and Pilates are excellent forms of exercise, adaptable to all levels of fitness. If you are a beginner, consider starting with a Yoga Flow class on Monday mornings or Friday night. These classes are an hour in length and will introduce you to the various postures and movements.

Remember that Yoga and Pilates are non-competitive and should always be done intelligently at your own pace. It’s normal to stop and start at the beginning. Be patient. Allow your body the time to develop strength and flexibility.

We have mats at the studio for you to borrow, but bringing your own mat is preferable.
