new to yoga?

Welcome to Olive Tree Yoga and Pilates Studio!

Yoga and Pilates are excellent forms of exercise, adaptable to all levels of fitness. If you are a beginner, consider starting with any of the level 1 classes. Classes are at a relaxed pace with emphasis on good technique and breath awareness. All instructors have many years of teaching experience and can modify and accommodate any limitations one may have.

Remember that Yoga and Pilates are non-competitive and should always be done intelligently at your own pace.  A good general rule is don’t force anything to happen.  Allow your body the time and space to unravel. Your body will develop strength and flexibility naturally over time with regular practice.

We have mats at the studio for you to borrow, but bringing your own mat is preferable.
