Thanksgiving Long Weekend is here!

Enjoy your turkey and make time for yoga & pilates this Thanksgiving weekend. The holiday schedule is below:

  • Saturday October 12: Yoga & Pilates 8:30am to 9:30am
  • Sunday October 13: Yoga & Pilates 9:30am to 10:30am
  • Thanksgiving Monday October 14: Special Yoga & Pilates 9:30am to 10:45am
    • All evening classes are cancelled on Thanksgiving Monday.
    • The regular schedule resumes Tuesday October 15.
