It’s hard to believe that the September long weekend is upon us. We hope you had a rejuvenating break – at least at some point during the summer months. Here’s our schedule for the Labour Day weekend:
- Saturday August 30: Yoga & Pilates 8:30am
- Sunday August 31: Yoga & Pilates 9:30am
- Monday September 1: *Yoga & Pilates 9:30am*
- All evening classes are cancelled on Monday September 1.
- The regular schedule resumes Tuesday September 2.

The second last long weekend of the summer is upon us…Enjoy, be safe, and do some yoga:) Here’s the schedule for the long weekend:
- Sunday August 3: Yoga & Pilates 9:30am to 10:30am
- Monday August 4: Special Yoga & Pilates 9:30am to 10:45am
- All evening classes are cancelled on Monday August 4.
- Regular schedule resumes Tuesday August 5.
- July 1st: 9:30am Yoga & Pilates
- Evening class is cancelled
- Regular schedule resumes Wednesday July 2nd
- Just in case you were wondering, our regular schedule is running on Monday June 30.

Beginning the first week of June, one evening class will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays:

- Sunday May 18: Yoga & Pilates 9:30am
